Sea Temperature: 8.7
Weather: Sun and Cloud

Distance Covered:

5m before high tide and chop was worst I've been in for ages as WNW, and at least I could sail through it better than last time. Gybing was tricky as turbulence in chop was changing lift loads, sometimes even going slow and all weight on front foot too much lift popped me out - need smaller foil. After tide turned changed down to 4m and sea much nicer and swung SW but too tired to enjoy. Red shim OK even in these conditions, so red+blue next.
Thought it would have been too windy for me in West Shore but sounds like I would have been OK, good swells too.
